5k999 Responsible Gaming Guide
Entertainment should never become a problem — 5k999 is ready to support you in keeping your gaming habits under control.
Creating a Safe Entertainment Environment
5k999 is a trusted and safe online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. For us, gaming is not just about the chance to win — it is an enjoyable entertainment experience that should be enjoyed responsibly. Playing responsibly means sticking to your budget, setting time limits, and not letting gaming become a primary concern in your life.
We believe every player should have full control over their gaming experience. That is why 5k999 offers deposit limits, time-out options, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact our support team immediately.
Remember — gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. There is no guarantee of winning in any game, and placing larger bets in hopes of recovering lost money is a risky habit. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
You Are in Control of Your Gaming
5k999 offers several practical tools to help you play in a healthy and enjoyable way.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, but reducing it takes effect immediately.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you play in a single gaming session. You will receive a warning before the time is up, reminding you to take a break. Taking regular breaks is very important for healthy mental wellbeing.
Time-Out Option
If you need a temporary break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in or play on your account. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the break period ends.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. With this option, your account can be closed for an extended period or permanently. To activate it, contact us at [email protected] or through live chat.
Age Verification and the 21+ Rule
5k999 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Identity is verified during account registration and financial transactions. We take strict measures to protect minors from gaming.
24/7 Support Service
Talk to our team at any time about gaming concerns or issues. Our support team is available around the clock in Bengali and English via live chat and email at [email protected]. Our goal is to help, not to judge.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
Any form of entertainment can become a problem if it goes out of control. It is important to identify the early signs of problem gaming and take action in time.
If any of the following apply to you, be honest with yourself and seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of courage.
- Taking loans or using family money to play beyond your budget.
- Feeling the urge to place more bets to recover lost money ("chasing losses").
- Not knowing how much time you are spending on gaming, or trying to hide it.
- Continuing to game while neglecting family, friends, or work.
- Feeling anxious, angry, or irritable when you cannot play.
- Using money set aside for daily expenses (rent, food, children's education) on gaming.
- Lying to family or close ones about your gaming.

How to Activate Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a feature that allows you to stop yourself from gaming on the 5k999 platform for a fixed or indefinite period. Once activated, you will not be able to log in to your account or carry out any financial transactions during that period.
Contact Us via Live Chat or Email
Reach the 5k999 support team through 24/7 live chat or at [email protected] and submit a self-exclusion request.
Specify the Duration of Your Break
Indicate how long you want the break to last — short-term (30 days), long-term (6 months or more), or permanent.
Verify Your Identity
Confirm your identity using your account details for security purposes. This ensures that only the account holder can make this change.
Confirm the Exclusion
Our team will process the request quickly and send a confirmation email. The exclusion will be active from that point onwards.
Top Tips for Responsible Gaming
Following a few simple rules makes gaming at 5k999 an enjoyable long-term experience. Keep the following in mind:
Set Your Budget Beforehand
Decide how much money you can spend before you start playing. End the session when that amount is gone.
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each session and set an alarm.
Do Not Bet on Emotion
Do not play when you are angry, anxious, or under the influence of alcohol. Play in the right state of mind.
Play with an Entertainment Mindset
See gaming as a source of entertainment, not a way to earn money. Every game is an experience.
